Notice of Funding Brandenburg Innovation Specialists 2022 by the European Union and the State of Brandenburg
SkinTech Corp. GmbH develops AI algorithms for photo analysis of skin and hair. This innovation project explores the integration of this technology into a chatbot to enhance customer satisfaction, interaction, and efficiency. By analyzing customer behavior and leveraging automation, the goal is to strengthen customer retention and optimize economic performance.
The project includes planning, implementation, data collection, evaluation, and optimization, concluding with a case study. AI-powered communication expands the business model and creates additional value.
To further develop AI-powered recognition analysis for skin and hair, the existing hair analysis will be expanded and enhanced with new modules and UI optimizations to create a market-leading technology. Additionally, an innovative platform for data monitoring and tracking will be implemented to improve collaboration with customers and enable more efficient data utilization. The goal is to increase the accuracy of analyses, enhance the user experience, and sustainably improve operational efficiency and customer retention through data-driven optimization.
