  • What is a white-label solution, and how does it work?
    A white-label solution is a customized product that appears as if it is the customer’s own solution. The tool is branded with the customer’s logo, colors, and identity, ensuring seamless integration into their business.
  • Which content can be customized in the tool?
    Various elements can be customized in the tool, including the logo, colors, text, and overall brand identity. This ensures that the application perfectly matches your business and integrates seamlessly into your customer communication.
  • Does using the tool require technical knowledge, or is separate training necessary?
    No, the tool is simple and intuitive to use, so no technical expertise is required.
  • Who is responsible for programming the application?
    The system and its deployment are managed by IQONIC.AI.
  • Is the tool available in multiple languages?
    The tool is standardized in German and English. However, any language can be supported upon request.
  • How long has the company been in business?
    Since 2021.
  • How does the application work, and how is it implemented?
    We follow a Plug & Play approach to minimize the effort for our partners. The application is provided as a link that can be embedded on the customer’s website, for example, as a button. The analysis can be performed directly in a digital format. Alternatively, the application can be accessed on-site in stores via a physical QR code or tablet. Customers can scan the QR code with their own smartphone or conduct the analysis directly on the tablet provided.
  • How many parameters can be analyzed?
    The analysis covers over 30 parameters for skin and hair. The selection is customized for each project.
  • Is a device provided, and is the application usable on-site?
    A device is not required, as the entire functionality is digital and can be accessed using the user’s own smartphone. For the in-store experience, a tablet is recommended.
  • How does the usage differ between in-store and the webshop, and how does the application work in both cases?
    In the webshop: The analysis is provided via a link, embedded as a button on the customer’s website. Customers can perform the analysis digitally using their own smartphone or computer. On-site in stores: The application can be accessed via a QR code or a provided tablet. Customers can scan the QR code with their smartphone or complete the analysis directly on the available tablet.
  • How long does the program run, and how long can I cancel it?
    The duration is discussed individually. In general, projects run for at least one year to ensure iteration and optimization.
  • What is the starting price of the offers?
    Depending on the size of the software package, we offer different pricing tiers. The entry-level package starts at €200 per month.
