Few topics have occupied the start-up scene and the corporate world as much as artificial intelligence over the past two years. Many start-ups use AI to make existing processes more efficient, but only 4% of AI start-ups in Germany have actually created a new business model with AI. With IQONIC.AI, we are one of these 4%. That's why we were not only nominated as one of the ten finalists at The Spark last Thursday, but also honoured as the winner of the public vote!
For the past nine years, Handelsblatt and McKinsey have been awarding 'The Spark - The German Digital Prize' to exceptional and innovative start-ups from Germany, Austria and Switzerland whose ideas have the potential to fundamentally and sustainably change markets. A focus topic is defined each year. This year's theme was 'AI for Business' and focused on start-ups whose business ideas use AI at their core, present new business models, open up new growth opportunities or increase the productivity of companies across functions or along process chains.
Founder Maria Bruckert represented IQONIC.AI on stage at The Spark Gala in front of an impressive crowd including C-level executives from several Fortune 500 companies. It is an honour and privilege for IQONIC.AI to help shape tomorrow's future today and to be recognised for doing so. Generative AI is having a significant impact on our lives and promises to be the transformative technology of our time. However, the benefits of AI in all its forms can only be realised if organisations are prepared to embrace radical change. The key to this - the human being we are developing it all for.
Every day we have the opportunity to make decisions, seize opportunities and break new ground. Thanks to Handelsblatt and McKinsey & Company for this award!
